ALL WORK IS COPYRIGHTED BY THE CONTRIBUTOR

Send a request for copyright permission to the writer or director. Include the following in your request:

•   Contributor's name

•   Full title of publication (including volume or series as needed)

•   How the copyright material will be reproduced and distributed

•   Projected number of copies

•   Whether or not the copied materials will be sold

•   Name and nature of your organization (ex. profit or non-profit)
